Time to break out the boots and jacket!
Actual air temperature is -26. Wind chill is -52. Some of the skin on Bandit's belly is looking kind of black, almost like some superficial frostbite on the outter layer. For the last 3 days he's only been able to tolerate being outside to go to the bathroom. We're both starting to get a bit antsy!
